Brief Annotation: Take a journey through the wonderful world of eggs! This book begins with illustrations of colorful eggs from many different types of animals, followed by a page of a quiet egg. The body of the story contains factual information about the traits of different eggs that helps them survive. Near the end of the story, the quiet egg hatches. The end of the book has illustrations of all of the animals that hatch from the eggs shown at the beginning of the book.
