Brief Annotation: This is a book that starts out asking what a polar bear hears. The polar bear says he hears a lion roaring in his ear then the lion hears another animal making noises in his ear. This book goes through the noises of various animals while incorporating rhyming words. This is a great book for children to identify animals with the sounds they make, identify rhyming words, and to sequence the appearance of the animals.
